Founded by Allen Vansen, Vansen Capital Partners is focused on providing rewarding partnerships through fostering strong relationships, creating value and solving problems through data-driven market analysis and superior management.
Allen has extensive experience as a business leader and a deep passion for real estate investing. Allen has been involved in the real estate industry in one fashion or another for over 20 years, managing resort developments, single family rentals, fix and flips, short-term accommodations and most recently commercial multifamily apartment properties.
Allen launched Vansen Capital Partners to leverage his expertise and passion for real estate investment to provide generational wealth opportunities and passive income for our investors.

Allen is an experienced business leader and senior project manager, having lead local, regional and national organizations over the past 25 years.
Allen's business experience includes leading resort operations and developments, management consulting, major international sporting events, national sport organizations and real estate investing. Notably Allen has been the the member of senior leadership teams for the international award winning Humber Valley Resort development, the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the Toronto 2015 Pan and Parapan American Games, the Chief Executive Officer for Rugby Canada and the founder of Vansen Group Inc.
Allen is a trusted partner who specializes in sharing the benefits of real estate investing and implementing these strategies for the benefit of his investors. Having immersed himself in the world of commercial multifamily real estate, Allen is excited to help his partners and investors reach their financial objectives through apartment syndications.
